We are so passionate about CrossFit and about helping people improve, learn and grow so casual passes or memberships don’t really fit into that ethos for us. CrossFit is definitely a one in all in sport in that to see measurable improvement you have to be committed.

In saying this, we don’t want this to stop you from CrossFitting with us. Start with your free week trial and then we can chat about your new routine.

Great movement mechanics come first and foremost in our CrossFit box and it all starts with a great introduction to CrossFit via Fundamentals. The aim of our Fundamentals is to settle you in, build your confidence to and help you learn more about CrossFit. 

However, we do things a little different around here. We recommend that you do the FREE WEEK TRIAL FIRST and then book in your fundamentals. That way, you get a feel for CrossFit, our classes and us to make sure this is your jam. This is just a recommendation though, if you are a little worried or would feel more comfortable with doing a fundamentals first, no problems fundys can come first then trial second.

GETTING STARTED

BOOK IN YOUR FUNDYS

Fundamentals is a one-on-one session developed to settle you in and help you learn more about CrossFit.

We start with a chat, go through some lifting movements + touch on some skills. We talk about scaling, intensity, standards + all the whys of what we do. 

The aim of our Fundamentals is to settle you in, build your confidence to head into a class and help you learn more about CrossFit. There is no WOD (Workout of the day), so just bring water, a towel and your good energy!

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

  • All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Memberships are able to be put on hold for any time period of 14 days or more. We do not offer 7 day holds. We ask that you submit your hold request in writing to us with the exact dates of the hold and no miscommunication can be made. Please note, hold dates can affect your billing cycle and come off hold automatically from the dates requested in your hold.

  • Membership Cancellations: CFNBD will be sorry to see you go but we will always understand, so we would love a chance to speak with you in person about your decision. It is such a brave step to walk in here for the first time, so we do not take that lightly, so please reach out. Memberships are a No-lock in term so you are able to cancel at any time. We just ask you to allow no more than 7 business days before your next scheduled membership billing date.

    In case of cancellation, no refund or credit will be given irrespective of how many days or sessions remain in the current membership period. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future ( and we sure hope you do ), membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
