AT NBD WE RUN 29 CROSSFIT CLASSES,
+ 2 WEIGHTLIFTING CLASSES
+ 1 GYMNASTICS CLASS A WEEK.

OUR CLASS PROGRAMMING IS OUTSOURCED FROM 64 TRAINING SYSTEMS.

We believe the 64TS Affiliate programming brings out the best in every individual no matter their physical capabilities or background.

The goal of using 64TS is too have everyday people following the same program as elite level athletes.

We are extremely proud to be delivering programming in our box that is unique in our area and city.

6:30PM  /  TUESDAY + THURSDAY 

Weightlifting is delivered using the 64 Training Systems Olympic
Lifting Program.

Develop the technique and strength for your Snatch + Clean and Jerk with some body armour accessories added into the session.

This program is designed specifically to increase and fine tune your Olympic lifting while also increasing basic barbell strength and mobility. This OLY program can be easily added on top of your weekly training routine and will be delivered to you by our Certified Weightlifting Trainers.

3:30PM  /  THURSDAY 

Improve efficiency, learn some new skills and refine your existing abilities. 

This class will build foundational skills, grow strength and improve positioning through skill work, strength training, drills and midline work.
